Support Manager

Tripp is our support manager and involved with client relationships. He has over 10 years of experience in customer support. He has worked in a myriad of environments over the years and genuinely enjoys finding and resolving problems and inefficiencies, one of his favorite mottos being, “Work smart, not hard.” Tripp has experience with helping to grow small businesses and is skilled in management, support, analysis, troubleshooting, database administration and more.

Tripp wishes to make your interaction with our company as smooth and user-friendly as possible. He has worked with companies like AssociationReady, AtHomeNet, Stratizon Corporation and worked many years as a barista with Caribou Coffee while he was in college.

When Tripp is not working hard for your business he is enjoying life with his wife and daughter and most likely squeezing in some time for a video game or playing with his dogs. Serving as a barista has made him somewhat of a coffee snob and he enjoys making fancy espresso drinks at home for his family and friends to enjoy.

Henry Jones

Managing Partner

Henry is our managing partner responsible for new business acquisitions at WeHostYa. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT services industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table as a seasoned IT professional. While continuing his education Henry worked with fortune 100 companies as an intern then became engaged to put his skills into practice. Functioning in roles from computer operator to Chief Technical Officer, he is in touch with industry best practices.

Henry has experience in providing solutions in a wide variety of industries. He has intimate knowledge of manufacturing, banking, stocks and bonds, retail, telecommunications and oil and gas to name a few.

We look to Henry to identify markets and appropriate solutions to their needs. With his knowledge of the industry he is able to fine tune a viable solution for our customer’s needs. He is well aware of our operational capabilities so our resources are available when needed.

Jon Welch

IT Operations Manager

Jon is WeHostYa’s Operations Manager. He has been working in IT for more than 15 years, with knowledge in various technologies, infrastructures, and systems. Jon has the experience of working in large, complex enterprise projects, and fast-paced start-ups with skills in General administration, Virtualization, Automation, scripting, Clustering, Redundancy, High Availability, System architecture Email administration, Server hardware, Data Centre operations, Cloud services administration Networking, Firewalls, Security, and many more.

Jon has a desire to bring innovative and cost effective IT Solutions to help Clients reach their goals and provide the best possible service at the lowest possible cost. Having worked with large and small companies, in many different industries he has gained the know how to tailor the IT needs of his Clients. Jon has worked for companies such as Micron Technology, Albertson’s Grocery, ITC, AtHomeNet, AssociationReady, and a number of small businesses as a consultant.

Jon loves to be with his family, gaming with his wife, eating Vietnamese food, and general tom foolery. He is also another geek on the team, and has read over 150 star wars novels!

John Sexton

Marketing & Design Specialist

John serves as WeHostYa's Marketing & Creative Director. He brings with him more than 18+ years of experience in Web design, UX/UI, Graphic Design, SEO, Social Media and Marketing. John utilizes his strong organizational and communication skills and extensive knowledge and expertise in design & development to make sure whatever the project that it is engaging, user-friendly, clear, usable and aesthetically pleasing.

John is a trained Scientific Illustrator with a passion for creating innovative designs and solutions for his clients. In the past he has worked with clients such as Unique Homes, New Point Media, AtHomeNet and AssociationREADY. His work has been published in various trade magazines and publications.

If he is not designing or coding he can be found watching hockey or college football. John is a huge Star wars fan and a walking movie trivia knowledge base and a bit of a geek. He is proud to mention he just finished the Spartan "Super" Obstacle race.
